Go to the Private pages section by clicking Private pages in the left-hand navigation.
In the Add a new private page section, enter a name for your private page in the Name this page field.
Specify the name and email address of the person who can access this page.
If you would like more than one person to access this page, click Add more people and repeat step 3.
Enter your message to this person or group of people in the Write your private message field.
Click to save your work. Once you have saved the page, it will be listed under My private pages at the top of the Private Page work space.
