One of two things might have happened:

You accidentally entered the URL for the video, rather than the embed code. Most video hosting sites have a field named "embed code". This is the code that you want to paste into the Embed field.
You accidentally entered the embed code in the Name field rather than in the Embed field. Make sure you pasted the embed code in the correct field.
